Speaking and training

Honest, practical talks and training on neurodivergent life, work, relationships, parenting and assistive technology.

Speaking with Sonay and James

We speak about neurodivergent life from the inside out.

Between us, we bring lived experience of ADHD, autism and AuDHD, alongside substantial professional experience in coaching, law, assistive technology, workplace systems, advocacy and training.

Our sessions are practical, honest and human. We do not speak about neurodivergent people as a problem to be managed. We talk about what support actually looks like when people are understood properly.

We do not offer generic awareness training.

We help people understand what neurodivergent support, communication and inclusion can look like in real life.

What we can speak about

We can speak together or separately, depending on your event, audience and topic. Our work tends to sit where lived neurodivergent experience meets the practical realities of work, relationships, parenting, technology and support.

Some of the areas we speak about include:

  • ADHD, autism and AuDHD in work and life
  • Neurodivergent inclusion that goes beyond awareness
  • Burnout, masking and emotional load
  • Neurodivergent relationships and communication
  • ADHD motherhood, pregnancy, birth and returning to work
  • Assistive technology and digital systems that actually help
  • Neurodivergence in law and professional services
  • Access to Work, workplace support and reasonable adjustments
  • Building support that works with people’s brains, not against them

We do not treat these as fixed, off-the-shelf talks. We can shape the focus, examples and level of detail around your audience and what you want people to understand, question or take away afterwards.
