TEDx Beckenham
Sonay on ADHD, autism and late diagnosis.
We speak about neurodivergent life from the inside out.
Between us, we bring lived experience of ADHD, autism and AuDHD, alongside substantial professional experience in coaching, law, assistive technology, workplace systems, advocacy and training.
Our sessions are practical, honest and human. We do not speak about neurodivergent people as a problem to be managed. We talk about what support actually looks like when people are understood properly.
We do not offer generic awareness training.
We help people understand what neurodivergent support, communication and inclusion can look like in real life.
We can speak together or separately, depending on your event, audience and topic. Our work tends to sit where lived neurodivergent experience meets the practical realities of work, relationships, parenting, technology and support.
Some of the areas we speak about include:
We do not treat these as fixed, off-the-shelf talks. We can shape the focus, examples and level of detail around your audience and what you want people to understand, question or take away afterwards.
These examples show some of the ways we talk about neurodivergence, work, relationships, confidence, inclusion and lived experience.

I’m an experienced ADHD coach, neurodivergent speaker and Solicitor Advocate with 500+ hours of coaching experience and almost 15 years’ experience across corporate and legal environments.
I speak and train on assistive technology, digital systems, neurodivergent working and practical support. I bring over 20 years of IT experience and lived experience as an AuDHDer.
We also speak together as a neurodivergent married couple, parents and co-founders of Divergently Being.
We can shape the format around the event, audience and level of interaction you are looking for.
We can deliver sessions online or in person, depending on availability and location, and adjust the level of interaction and emphasis around your audience.
