Neurodivergent support for organisations

ADHD coaching, assistive technology training, speaking and practical support that goes beyond awareness.

Support that works in real organisations

We work with organisations that want to support neurodivergent people in ways that are practical, useful and grounded in real working lives.

That might mean one-to-one ADHD coaching for an employee, assistive technology training, support for a neurodivergent parent returning to work, a joined-up package of coaching and systems support, or a session for a wider team.

We do not start from the assumption that neurodivergent people need fixing. We look at what is creating friction, what support already exists, what is missing, and what might make work more sustainable.

We do not offer generic awareness training.

We help organisations turn understanding into practical support, communication, tools and ways of working.

Support for your people

These are the main ways we support individual employees and neurodivergent parents at work.

Employee ADHD Coaching

One-to-one ADHD coaching with Sonay for employees navigating executive function, overwhelm, burnout, confidence, communication, work pressures and major transitions.

Coaching is personalised around the individual rather than delivered as a fixed productivity programme.

Assistive Technology Training

Practical training with James to help employees use software, accessibility tools and digital systems they already have access to.

Support can include Access to Work software, dictation, text-to-speech, planning tools, note-taking, task management, AI tools and digital workflows.

Divergently Reset

Joined-up support with Sonay and James where coaching insight and practical tools both matter.

This can be useful when an employee has recommendations, software, adjustments or strategies available but needs help turning them into something workable day to day.

Neurodivergent Parenthood at Work

Support for organisations thinking more carefully about neurodivergent pregnancy, parenthood, maternity experiences and returning to work.

This can include individual coaching with Sonay as well as talks or tailored sessions that help workplaces understand the additional load neurodivergent parents may be navigating.

Support for your organisation

For wider teams and organisations, we can help turn neurodivergent awareness into something more practical.

Managers, Teams and Workplace Training

Practical sessions on neurodivergent support, communication, inclusion, reasonable adjustments, burnout, masking and the difference between awareness and meaningful support.

We can shape the focus and level of detail around your team, context and what you want people to understand or do differently afterwards.

Speaking, Panels and Events

Keynotes, panels, webinars, lunch and learn sessions, podcasts and community or workplace events.

We speak about ADHD, autism, AuDHD life, inclusion, professional pressure, relationships, parenting, assistive technology and neurodivergence in the legal profession.

How it works

Tell us what is happening

You do not need a perfectly formed brief. Tell us who needs support, what is proving difficult and what you would like to be different.

We shape the support

We identify whether coaching, technology training, a team session, speaking or a combination of support makes the most sense.

We agree the scope

Organisational work is quoted according to the people involved, format, preparation, delivery and level of support required.

Practical information

Funding and existing support

We can work with organisations commissioning support directly, and with people who already have individual Access to Work awards or workplace support in place.

Access to Work awards are individual. We do not provide or fund assistive technology software, but James can train people on tools they already have access to.

Scope and boundaries

Our organisational work is practical and neurodivergent-led, but it is not medical, clinical or legal advice.

Coaching is not therapy or crisis support, and assistive technology training is not software provision. Where someone needs a different kind of professional support, we will not pretend that our service replaces it.
