Support that works with your brain, not against it. We help neurodivergent people navigate work and life through ADHD coaching, assistive technology training, speaking, writing and practical support.
We work with individuals as well as organisations, combining coaching, technology, speaking and practical support around the realities of neurodivergent life and work.
We have one guiding principle: neurodivergent people do not need fixing. We give you the support and tools to navigate environments that were not built with us in mind.
You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need before you start. These are the main ways we work with individuals and organisations.
ADHD Coaching
ADHD coaching with Sonay is for adults navigating overwhelm, burnout, executive function, emotional regulation, work, identity, relationships and major life transitions.
Sonay is an ICF-trained ADHD coach and Solicitor Advocate with 500+ hours of coaching experience and almost 15 years’ experience across corporate and legal environments.
ADHD Mum Support
Specialist support with Sonay for ADHD mums navigating pregnancy, birth, motherhood, overwhelm, sensory load, identity, mum guilt, relationships and returning to work.
This includes one-to-one coaching as well as The ADHD Mum Reset, our five-week small-group coaching programme.
Assistive Technology
Practical training with James for people who have software, tools or workplace systems available, but need help making them genuinely useful in everyday life.
This can include Access to Work software, dictation, text-to-speech, note-taking, planning, task management, AI tools and digital workflows.
Divergently Reset
Divergently Reset brings Sonay’s coaching and James’s technology support together for people who need insight, practical systems and help making changes stick.
It can be particularly useful when strategies, software, workplace adjustments or recommendations exist, but the different pieces are not joining up.
For Organisations
We work with organisations that want to provide meaningful neurodivergent support rather than stopping at awareness.
This can include employee coaching, support for neurodivergent parents, assistive technology training, manager and team sessions, speaking, workshops and joined-up support.
Speaking and Training
We speak and train on ADHD, autism, AuDHD life, neurodivergent inclusion, burnout, relationships, parenting, professional pressure, assistive technology and legal culture.
Sessions can be shaped around workplaces, conferences, panels, podcasts, community events and other audiences.
