The ADHD Mum Reset

Five weeks of small-group coaching for ADHD mums who are tired of feeling as though they should be able to hold everything together.

Does motherhood feel like it has changed the rules?

You may have spent years finding ways to keep things going, only to discover that pregnancy, birth, sleep disruption, changing routines and the mental load of motherhood make those old systems much harder to rely on.

The ADHD Mum Reset may be for you if:

  • You feel overwhelmed by the mental load and the number of things you are expected to remember
  • You are more sensory overloaded, touched out or emotionally stretched than you expected
  • Your routines keep changing and the systems that used to help no longer seem to fit
  • You are carrying guilt or shame about not managing motherhood the way you thought you would
  • You are trying to work out who you are now, alongside being a mum
  • You need more support, but are not always sure what that support should look like

You do not need another system telling you to try harder. You need space to understand what has changed and work out what fits now.

What The ADHD Mum Reset is

The ADHD Mum Reset is a five-week live online group coaching programme for ADHD mums.

It is not a parenting course and it is not about becoming more productive at any cost. We will look at what is actually taking up your capacity, what motherhood has changed, and what support, boundaries, systems or expectations may need to change with it.

The first programme is a small-group beta. That means the core programme is ready to deliver, but I will also be asking for feedback so I can refine future groups around what is genuinely useful to ADHD mums.

What we will explore across the five weeks

Week 1

What changed?

Identity, expectations, shame and the experience of becoming an ADHD mum. We will look at the gap between how you thought motherhood would feel and what it actually asks of you.

Week 2

Executive function and the mental load

Remembering, planning, starting, switching, anticipating and carrying the invisible admin of family life. We will look at where the load sits and what can realistically change.

Week 3

Sensory overload and emotional regulation

Noise, touch, interrupted rest, changing needs and having less space to regulate. We will explore what your nervous system is telling you and what might reduce the pressure.

Week 4

Boundaries, relationships and support

Asking for help, communicating needs, sharing the load and noticing where expectations are making things harder. We will look at support as something practical, not something you have to earn.

Week 5

Your ADHD Mum Reset

We will bring the programme together into a realistic reset plan: what you want to keep, what you want to stop carrying, what support you need and what you want to try next.

What is included

  • Five live 90-minute small-group coaching sessions
  • A maximum of eight participants in each cohort
  • Guided reflection and practical discussion within the live sessions
  • An optional WhatsApp group for connection between sessions
  • Space to learn from other ADHD mums without assuming everyone’s experience is the same
  • A final ADHD Mum Reset plan built around your own needs and circumstances

Coaching with me

I’m Sonay, an ADHD coach, neurodivergent speaker, Solicitor Advocate and AuDHD mum. I have more than 500 hours of coaching experience and almost 15 years’ experience across corporate and legal environments.

I became a mum after being diagnosed with ADHD and autism in adulthood. Motherhood has made me understand, very personally, what happens when routines, capacity, sensory needs, identity and support all change at once.

I will not assume that your motherhood, ADHD or family life looks like mine. The point of the group is not to give everyone the same answer. It is to help you understand what is happening for you and find ways forward that are realistic for your brain and your actual life.

Important boundaries

The ADHD Mum Reset is coaching. It is not therapy, medical advice, maternity care, feeding advice, crisis support or trauma treatment.

I do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. If you need medical, mental health, feeding, safeguarding or urgent support, you should contact an appropriately qualified professional or service.

The group is also not a place for perfect-parenting rules. We will be working with real lives, different families and different brains.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join the waitlist. If the programme opens for booking and you are unsure whether it fits, you can ask before committing.

No. This is a coaching programme, not therapy or mental health treatment. We may talk about emotions, identity, overwhelm and difficult experiences, but the group is not designed to treat trauma or a mental health condition.

No. The sessions will be live and will not be recorded. This helps keep the group more private and allows people to speak without a recording being kept afterwards.

Each cohort will have a maximum of eight participants so there is room for discussion and individual reflection without the group becoming too large.

No. The WhatsApp group is optional. You can take part in the live coaching programme without joining it.

This is the first live group version of The ADHD Mum Reset. I will be asking participants for feedback so I can refine the structure, exercises and future delivery. The beta price reflects that.
