When insight is not enough on its own
You might understand why something is difficult but still have no workable system for dealing with it.
Or you might have software, apps, workplace adjustments or Access to Work recommendations available, but still be left trying to work out how any of them fit together.
Divergently Reset brings those two sides together: ADHD coaching with Sonay and practical assistive technology and systems support with James.
Understanding what might help is one thing.
Making it usable in your real life is another.
What Divergently Reset is
Divergently Reset is joined-up support for ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, dyslexic and otherwise neurodivergent adults who need both the coaching side and the practical systems side.
It is designed for the gap between knowing what might help and being able to make it work day to day.
You might already have coaching strategies, workplace adjustments, productivity tools, assistive technology or recommendations. The problem may not be a lack of ideas. It may be that no one has helped you connect the ideas to the tools, the tools to your tasks, and all of that to your actual capacity.
How Divergently Reset works
1
Understand
We start with what is actually happening: the friction, overwhelm, avoidance, executive-function difficulty, work pressure, communication problem or pattern that keeps getting in the way.
This is where Sonay’s coaching helps make sense of the problem before anyone starts throwing more tools at it.

Build
Once we understand what needs to change, James helps turn that into something practical: tools, workflows, reminders, templates, accessibility features, AI support or digital systems that fit the task.
The aim is not to use more technology. It is to use the right amount of technology in a way that reduces friction.

We then look at what happens when the plan meets real life. What is working? What is being ignored? What has become too complicated? What needs adjusting?
Support can move between coaching and technology as needed rather than leaving you to translate between two separate services.
Who does what?
Coaching with Sonay
I support the coaching side of Divergently Reset.
We can work with executive function, overwhelm, avoidance, confidence, burnout, emotional regulation, self-trust, communication, work, identity and understanding what is really getting in the way.
My role is not to give you another productivity system. It is to help you understand what is happening underneath the difficulty and what kind of support might actually fit.
Technology support with James
I support the assistive technology, digital tools and systems side of Divergently Reset.
That can include software, workplace systems, planning tools, note-taking, reminders, templates, AI tools, accessibility features and digital workflows.
My role is to help make those tools understandable and usable rather than leaving you with another thing you are apparently supposed to remember to use.
Divergently Reset may be useful if...
Divergently Reset is most useful when the difficulty is not purely emotional or purely technical. It is for the messy middle, where you may understand the problem but still need help turning that understanding into something workable.
You may recognise some of these:
- You understand what you want to change, but cannot turn that insight into a workable system
- You have been given assistive technology or workplace tools but are not using them consistently
- You have lots of apps, reminders, notes or systems but they do not join up
- Standard productivity advice has repeatedly fallen apart in real life
- You need help with both the emotional or executive-function barrier and the practical setup
- You already have Access to Work recommendations or workplace adjustments and need help making them usable

A bespoke mix of support
Divergently Reset is not a fixed course where everyone receives the same number of coaching and technology sessions.
The balance can be shaped around what you actually need. That might mean more coaching, more technology support, or moving between the two as the work develops.
It can also work where an employer, university or Access to Work award is already providing part of the support and you need help joining the pieces together.
Important note about software
Divergently Being does not provide, sell or fund assistive technology software.
Divergently Reset can help you use tools and systems you already have access to, including software funded through Access to Work, supplied by an employer or university, or already available through workplace systems.
We are not software providers or funding advisers. If you are unsure what support you already have or whether Reset is the right route, you do not need to work that out before contacting us.
