Divergently Being provides neuroaffirming coaching, assistive technology training, speaking, writing, workshops and related support.

The exact scope of any service will be agreed with you before work begins.
Our coaching, training and support services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial or legal advice.
Although Sonay is a solicitor advocate, Divergently Being does not provide legal services unless this has been separately and expressly agreed through an appropriate legal arrangement.
If you need medical, mental health, legal, financial or safeguarding support, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional or service.
Prices are provided on enquiry or as part of a proposal, booking agreement or written confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required in advance of coaching, training, speaking or support sessions.
Payment can usually be made by bank transfer, card payment or another agreed method.
If payment is late, Divergently Being reserves the right to pause or withhold services until payment is received.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, unless otherwise agreed.
If Divergently Being needs to rearrange a session, we will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date or time.
We treat client information confidentially and with care.
We will not share personal information without consent unless required by law, required for safeguarding reasons, or necessary to protect someone from serious harm.
For organisational work, the boundaries of confidentiality, reporting and feedback will be agreed before work begins.
Divergently Being aims to handle personal data securely and in accordance with UK data protection requirements.
We may collect and process information you provide when enquiring about, booking or receiving services. This may include your name, contact details, access needs, service preferences and information relevant to the support being provided.

If you have access needs, communication preferences or adjustments that would help you use our services, please let us know. We will do our best to work with you in a way that is practical and supportive.
Divergently Being will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
Our liability in connection with the services provided is limited to the fees paid for those services, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited or excluded.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
You may end services by giving written notice. Fees for work already completed, sessions already delivered, or late-cancelled sessions may remain payable.
Divergently Being may end or pause services if continuing would be inappropriate, unsafe, unworkable, outside our competence, or if these terms have been breached.
Divergently Being will not be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Divergently Being may update these Terms of Business from time to time.
Where changes affect existing client work, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected clients.
These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
