Divergently Reset

Coaching and assistive technology support working together.

When coaching and technology do not quite join up

Sometimes coaching helps you understand what is going on, but you still need practical systems to make everyday life easier.

Sometimes assistive technology, apps or workplace tools are offered as the solution, but you are left trying to work out how to use them, how they fit together, and how they apply to your actual life.

Divergently Reset brings those two sides together: neuroaffirming coaching with Sonay and practical assistive technology and systems support with James.

What is Divergently Reset?

Divergently Reset is a joined-up coaching and assistive technology support package for ADHD, autistic, AuDHD and otherwise neurodivergent adults.

It is for people who need more than advice, apps, software or strategies handed to them in isolation.

You might already have coaching notes, workplace adjustments, Access to Work support, assistive technology, productivity tools or systems available to you, but still feel as though the pieces do not quite connect.

Divergently Reset is designed to bridge the gap between understanding what might help and actually making it work in real life.

Why we created it

Neurodivergent support can often feel fragmented. One person talks about executive function. Another person recommends software. Someone else suggests workplace adjustments. But very few people help you connect it all together.

That can leave you with a pile of useful ideas, tools and recommendations, but no clear way to turn them into something sustainable.

Divergently Reset was created because support should not stop at insight, and technology should not be handed over without context. Both need to fit your brain, your capacity, your work, your home life and the systems you are actually trying to survive.

How Sonay and James work together

Coaching with Sonay

Sonay supports the coaching side of Divergently Reset.

This can include executive function, overwhelm, avoidance, confidence, burnout, emotional regulation, self-trust, communication, work, identity and understanding what is really getting in the way.

The coaching is neuroaffirming and practical. It is not about forcing yourself into systems that were never designed for you.

It starts with understanding your brain, your nervous system, your capacity, your context and your actual life.

Technology support with James

James supports the assistive technology, tools and systems side of Divergently Reset.

This can include helping you use software, workplace systems, planning tools, note-taking tools, reminders, templates, AI tools, accessibility features and digital workflows.

His work focuses on making tools feel less overwhelming and more usable, so you are not left trying to piece everything together on your own.

James is not an ADHD coach. His work focuses on assistive technology training and practical systems support.

Joined-up support

Divergently Reset is useful when the coaching side and the practical systems side both matter.

You may know what you want to change, but not have a workable system for doing it. Or you may have tools available, but no clear understanding of how to use them in a way that supports your brain.

Sonay and James bring those strands together so the support is not theoretical, disconnected or left for you to translate alone.

Bespoke package

Divergently Reset can be shaped around what you actually need.

That might mean more coaching, more technology support, or a balanced mix of both.

It can also support people who already have Access to Work recommendations, workplace adjustments, university support, employer-provided tools or existing systems that need to be made more usable.

What Divergently Reset can help with

Divergently Reset may help with admin, emails, notes, deadlines, planning, follow-through, task initiation, prioritising, decision fatigue, overwhelm, avoidance and turning ideas into action.

It can also support people who feel stuck between knowing what might help and being able to actually use it day to day.

The aim is not to make you more productive at any cost. The aim is to help you create support, tools and systems that reduce friction and make daily life feel more manageable.

Who Divergently Reset may help

Divergently Reset may be useful if you are ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, dyslexic or otherwise neurodivergent and feel as though ordinary advice, productivity systems or workplace support have not quite worked for you.

It may also help if you have been given assistive technology but are not sure how to use it properly, or if you have coaching strategies but no practical system for using them day to day.

This is for people who need support that makes sense of the whole picture: brain, body, capacity, technology, work, home, systems and real life.

Important note about software

Divergently Being does not provide, sell or fund assistive technology software.

Divergently Reset is about helping you use tools and systems already available to you. This might include software funded by Access to Work, provided by an employer, supplied by a university, or already available through workplace systems.

If you are not sure what you already have access to, we can talk through that during an enquiry, but we are not software providers or funding advisers.
